SAIC Maxus pickup off-road modification kit design case
We were responsible for the SAIC Maxus pickup off-road modification kit design case. The project developed a complete off-road suite of bull bar, wide fender flares and roof parts, balancing cargo practicality with hardcore off-road stance to suit multi-scenario outdoor needs.

1. Complete off-road suite: Developing a systematic kit of competition front bar, wide fender flares, side steps and roof platform to form a unified rugged style.
2. Cargo & off-road balance: The roof platform and roll bar strengthen load capacity while preserving the pickup bed’s practicality, expanding outdoor gear-carrying ability.
3. Protection & capability: The bull bar and under-shield reinforce collision and bottoming-out protection, improving unpaved-road capability.
4. Material & process: High-strength composites and anti-corrosion metals were selected to suit harsh outdoor conditions such as mud and wading.
