Compilation of fuel vehicle front/rear bumper exterior engineering cases

We compiled and reviewed exterior engineering design cases for front/rear bumpers across multiple fuel-vehicle models. Covering the complete engineering chain from feasibility analysis, section definition and structural design to tooling support, the compilation distilled a generalizable design methodology for bumpers across different powertrain forms and styling languages.

--- Project Highlights ---
1. Full-chain engineering capability: Covering the complete development loop of bumpers from styling input to mass-production tooling support, reflecting the team’s systematic delivery capability in injection-molded parts.
2. Multi-powertrain adaptation: Addressing fuel-vehicle-specific exhaust, fuel-tank and cooling needs, we optimized rear-bumper structure and lower-protector layout to balance function with styling.
3. Reusable methodology: Summarizing common patterns of bumper splits, demolding, grain and assembly into a reusable design checklist to improve new-project kickoff efficiency.
4. Cost-control experience: Through material-system optimization and wall-thinning, multiple projects achieved per-part cost reduction, accumulating a mature low-cost solution library.
